Oct. 8, 2016 3 p.m. Hurricane Matthew outage update

Article was added on Saturday, October 08, 2016

We are reporting 8,744 outages in Clarendon County, 7,496 in Florence County, 9,308in Georgetown County and 10,592 in Williamsburg County. With extensive outages across our service territory, our phone lines are extremely busy. You can report power outages at, with your SmartHub app or using TextPower. With the wind, flooding, falling trees and roads washing out, we are focusing on public safety. Please be patient. We have out of state crews coming to assist and will work as hard as we can to get every member's power restored  when weather conditions allow. We appreciate your patience and understanding. This will be the last hourly report until the situation changes and there is something new to report.
