District 1 - Manning

Walter "Sonny" Sanders is a member of the Santee Electric Cooperative Board of Trustees, which has its headquarters in Kingstree, South Carolina. As a retired business professional and entrepreneur, he provides governance and oversight for planning, directing and managing the cooperative to achieve accountability and transparency. Santee Electric provides power to nearly 45,000 accounts in Clarendon, Florence, Georgetown and Williamsburg counties.

Sanders was educated in the public schools in Fairfield County, attended Spartanburg Methodist College, Southern Wesleyan College and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a business degree. Having a background in forestry and being the former owner of Sanders Chrysler-Plymouth-Dodge in Sumter, Sanders is retired from the staff of the late Congressman Floyd D. Spence and the Office of South Carolina State Treasurer. Sanders has served on many boards in the Lexington and Columbia area and presently serves on the Clarendon County Board of Disabilities and Special Needs. Sanders also works at Stephens Funeral Home and Crematory in Manning. He is married to Ann Kirven, the Director of Clarendon Behavioral Health Services. They attend Manning United Methodist  Church where he is a Sunday school teacher. Sanders is president of the Summerton Lions Club. He and Ann reside on Goat Island out of Summerton.

District 2 - Kingstree

Dudley Musier is a member of the Santee Electric Cooperative Board of Trustees, which has its headquarters in Kingstree, South Carolina. As an experienced public official, he provides governance and oversight for planning, direction and managing the cooperative to achieve accountability and transparency. Santee Electric Cooperative provides power to nearly 45,000 accounts in Clarendon, Florence, Georgetown and Williamsburg Counties.

He was educated in the McCormick County School system and is a member of the Antioch Baptist church.

Musier served in the US Army and retired from the South Carolina Highway Patrol as a sergeant in 2007. He also served as Chief Deputy with the Williamsburg County Sheriff’s Office for five years and as the Williamsburg County Sheriff for two years. He is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

District 3 - Lake City

Don Coker is a member of the Santee Electric Cooperative Board of Trustees, which has its headquarters in Kingstree, South Carolina. As an established entrepreneur and veteran businessman, he provides governance and oversight for planning, directing and managing the cooperative to achieve accountability and transparency. Santee Electric provides power to nearly 45,000 accounts in Clarendon, Florence, Georgetown and Williamsburg Counties.

Coker has a bachelor's degree from Gupton Jones College of Atlanta, Georgia. 

He has also attended Francis Marion University in Florence, South Carolina. Coker is vice president of Coker Oil Company, Inc. and serves on many boards including that of South Carolina Drug and Alcohol State Board; South Carolina Labor, Licensing and Review; South Carolina Propane Gas Association; South Carolina Petroleum Marketers Association; Pee Dee Realtors Association; and the  Coastal Association of Realtors. He currently serves as chairman of Circle Park Behavioral Health Services and holds licenses in the LP gas, real estate, and alcohol and drug abuse counseling fields. 

Coker has also served the community in the funeral services area, having at one time been licensed in embalming.

District 4 - Kingstree

Allen Nesmith is a member of the Santee Electric Cooperative Board of Trustees, which has its headquarters in Kingstree, South Carolina. As a business professional and community leader, he provides governance and oversight for planning, directing and managing the cooperative to achieve accountability and transparency. Santee Electric provides power to nearly 45,000 accounts in Clarendon, Florence, Georgetown and Williamsburg Counties.

Nesmith was educated in the public schools in Williamsburg County and graduated with a bachelor's degree in business from Saint Augustine's University of Raleigh, North Carolina.  Nesmith is Pastor of Salem United Methodist Church of Pageland, South Carolina. He is employed with the Waccamaw Center for Mental Health as a Health and Human Services Specialist. 

Nesmith formerly served as Deputy Treasurer for Williamsburg County, life insurance salesman for Liberty Life Insurance Company, and furniture salesman for Heilig-Meyers Furniture Company. 

He is an avid golfer and serves on several community boards in Williamsburg County.  Allen is married to Dianne Nesmith, a veteran Williamsburg County School District Educator and they are the proud parents of three children.

District 5 - Kingstree

Andy McKnight is a member of the Santee Electric Cooperative Board of Trustees, which has its headquarters in Kingstree, South Carolina. As a veteran community leader, farmer and entrepreneur, he provides governance and oversight for planning, directing and managing the cooperative to achieve accountability and transparency. Santee Electric provides power to nearly 45,000 accounts in Clarendon, Florence, Georgetown and Williamsburg Counties.

McKnight was educated in the public schools of Williamsburg County. He graduated from Denmark Technical College in Demark, South Carolina with a certificate in barbering. McKnight more recently attended Williamsburg Technical College in Kingstree, South Carolina and is the owner and operator of McKnight's Service Station. He serves on various statewide and area boards and is a member of the Central Electric Power Cooperative's executive board.  McKnight is also a member of Bethel United Methodist Church of Kingstree, South Carolina.

District 6 - Effingham

Billy Morris is a member of the Santee Electric Cooperative Board of Trustees, which has its headquarters in Kingstree, South Carolina. As an established entrepreneur and veteran businessman, he provides governance and oversight for planning, directing and managing the cooperative to achieve accountability and transparency. Santee Electric provides power to nearly 45,000 accounts in Clarendon, Florence, Georgetown and Williamsburg Counties.

Morris has a Master of Science degree in horticulture and a Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural education from Clemson University of Clemson, South Carolina. Morris is owner of Morris Insurance Agency, LLC, and Morris Green Houses of Effingham, South Carolina.

District 8 - Georgetown

Bill Floyd is a member of the Santee Electric Cooperative Board of Trustees, which has its headquarters in Kingstree, South Carolina. As an experienced businessman and business owner he provides governance and oversight for planning, directing and managing the cooperative to achieve accountability and transparency. Santee Electric provides power to nearly 45,000 accounts in Clarendon, Florence, Georgetown and Williamsburg Counties. 

Floyd was educated in the public-school systems of Sumter and Clarendon County. In 1992 he founded BFS, Inc., which is a local refuse company operating in Georgetown County.

Floyd lives in Georgetown with his wife of 36 years, Lynn. He and Lynn have two sons, Brett and John Owen and three beautiful granddaughters. He enjoys traveling and is an avid golfer, but his favorite pastime is attending any Clemson sporting event.

Floyd is a member of the First Baptist Church in Georgetown, where he has served in many capacities over the years.

District 9 - Andrews

Harry Walters is a member of the Santee Electric Cooperative Board of Trustees, which has its headquarters in Kingstree, South Carolina. As an experienced farmer and business owner he provides governance and oversight for planning, directing and managing the cooperative to achieve accountability and transparency. Santee Electric provides power to nearly 45,000 accounts in Clarendon, Florence, Georgetown and Williamsburg Counties.

Walters was educated in the public schools of Williamsburg County. He is the current owner and operator of Andrews Metal Works Inc. in Andrews, SC.

Walters, better known as "Boodie" to family and friends, is an avid fox and deer hunter. He and his wife Nadine live in the Suttons community of Williamsburg County. They have one son and three wonderful grandchildren. Walters is a member of Victory Christian Fellowship of Georgetown, SC where he currently serves on the Board.
