On your October bill, you will see the basic facilities charge has gone from $15 to $18. This is counteracted by a decrease of $3 in the kWh portion of the average bill. This is an effort to move the recovery of SEC's fixed costs from kWh-used to basic facilities charge portion of your bill. It is completely revenue neutral and will not change the average member's total bill at all.
