Santee Electric Cooperative has received the second briefing on hurricane Joaquin and its potential threat to our area from the National Weather Service. We continue to monitor the storm and get briefings. We will be preparing for the worst as it is currently too early to tell the exact storm track. We want members to do the same. Please take this and all other severe weather threats seriously! Please review your emergency plan and make sure your emergency kit is ready.
