In the summer of 2022, 37 high school students worked in groups to create podcasts that answered this question: How can young people impact their local communities in a turbulent time?

Three SC high school students won $5,000 each in the podcast scholarship competition sponorsed by South Carolina's electric cooperatives. The winners are Abigail Crumley of Pinopolis (Berkley Electric Cooperative), Emma Rose Radcliff from Pawleys Island (Santee Electric Cooperative) and Natalia Salas of York (York Electric Cooperative).
